66cents is a real estate marketplace covering residential property, commercial space and land across India. Buyers, sellers, renters and landlords use it to list and find apartments, independent houses, villas, gated-community homes, commercial units and plots.
It is built around verification rather than volume. Listing quality is the problem that decides whether a property portal is useful, so the platform's central promise is that what you see is real and current — alongside supporting services most marketplaces leave out, including plan design, plan approvals and interior design.
We designed, built and run it ourselves. It is the clearest example of the kind of platform work we do for clients: heavy search, structured listing data, verification workflow and a two-sided user base with very different needs.
