Haqto Technologies is an Indian software company based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. We design and build websites, ecommerce platforms, mobile applications and custom software, and we deliver that work remotely to clients internationally.
We have one office and we do not have overseas branches, subsidiaries or local entities. Plenty of Indian suppliers list addresses in London, Dubai and New York that turn out to be virtual mailboxes. We would rather tell you where we actually are and explain how remote delivery works in practice.

United States
US clients are usually solving a capacity problem, not a cost problem. The constraint that decides whether it works is the timezone, so that is what this page is mostly about.
United Kingdom
The UK is the easiest major market for us to serve, and the reason is dull but decisive: the working days genuinely overlap.
United Arab Emirates
Of every market we serve, the UAE has the closest working day to ours — ninety minutes apart. For practical purposes we are on the same clock.
Singapore
Singapore buyers are among the most technically literate we deal with, and they will ask harder questions than most. That suits us.
Australia
Australia works on a morning-overlap rhythm: your afternoon is our morning. It is a narrower window than the UK but a genuinely workable one.
Canada
Canada shares the US timezone problem and adds a language one. Both are manageable, and both are cheaper to plan for than to discover.
Saudi Arabia
Two things separate Saudi engagements from the rest of the Gulf: the working week does not line up with ours, and Arabic is usually the primary language rather than the second one.
Qatar
Qatar is a small market with unusually large individual projects, and a buyer profile weighted towards government and semi-government entities. That changes what a supplier has to be able to document.
Kuwait
Kuwait is the one Gulf market where there is no single general data protection statute to point at, and where public procurement moves on its own timetable. Both are worth knowing before you scope anything.
Oman
Oman is the unusual combination in the Gulf: the UAE's clock with Saudi Arabia's working week. That gives long shared hours across four shared days.

We sign your non-disclosure agreement rather than insisting on ours, and we will sign before detailed discussion if you need that.
Your repository from day one
Code lives in your version control under your accounts from the first commit. IP assignment on payment is in the contract. There is no moment at which your product is held by us.
Reviewable at every milestone
Staging environments you can click through, a shared board you can read without asking, and written decisions. Distance is manageable; ambiguity is not.
QA, deployment and support
Code review on every change, testing before release, a deployment pipeline with rollback, and a maintenance arrangement priced separately rather than assumed.

Does Haqto work with clients outside India?
Yes. We deliver remotely to clients internationally from our office in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The working model is defined in writing at the start of every engagement rather than assumed.
Does Haqto have offices outside India?
No. One office, in Coimbatore. We have no overseas branches, subsidiaries or local entities, and we will not list a virtual address to suggest otherwise.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, and we sign your NDA rather than insisting on our own template. If you need one in place before discussing the project in detail, say so on the first email.
Who owns the source code?
You do, on payment, with assignment written into the contract. Work happens in your repository under your accounts from the first commit, so there is no handover moment at which your product could be withheld.
How are international projects managed?
Named team, agreed overlap hours, a shared project board, staging environments you can click through at every milestone, and defined checkpoints. You talk to the engineers doing the work, not only to an account manager.
What happens after launch?

How do you handle payments from overseas clients?
By international bank transfer against invoices tied to agreed milestones. Tax paperwork varies by country — for example US clients normally need a W-8BEN-E from us — and we provide what is required.
