Products

Products we built and run

Owning a product changes how you build one. You carry the support tickets, the migrations and the cost of every shortcut — and that judgement goes into client work.

The short answer

Why we build our own products

Agency work ends at handover. Product work does not. When you own the thing, you are still there two years later paying for the decision you made in week three — and that is where the useful judgement comes from.

It is the difference between knowing that a pattern is recommended and knowing what it costs at three in the morning when it fails.

What it teaches

What running a product puts into client work

These are not abstractions. Each one is something we got wrong on our own product first.

Which shortcuts get expensive

Some technical debt never comes due and some compounds monthly. Owning a product for years teaches you which is which.

How users actually behave

Specifications describe how people should use software. Support tickets describe how they do.

What a feature costs after launch

Every feature carries ongoing support, monitoring and maintenance. That cost is invisible when you hand over at go-live.

Where performance touches revenue

You learn quickly which slow pages people tolerate and which ones quietly cost you the sale.

How to change a live system safely

Shipping to a product with real users teaches a discipline that shipping to a staging URL does not.

What scaling actually costs

Infrastructure bills arrive monthly and concentrate the mind on architecture in a way that a diagram never does.

Questions

About our products

Why does an agency build its own products?

Because it changes what you know. Client projects end at handover; products carry on. You live with the support load, the migrations, the scaling costs and the consequences of every shortcut. That judgement is difficult to acquire any other way.

Are these products available to use?

Product status and availability need confirming before we state them here. Ask us and we will tell you exactly where each one stands.

Can Haqto build a product for us?

Yes — that is much of what we do. See custom software development for platforms and internal systems, or mobile app development if it is app-first. We can also scope an MVP designed to test the core assumption before you commit to the full build.

Do you take equity instead of fees?

Not as a rule. If you are building something where that conversation makes sense, raise it and we will give you a straight answer rather than a policy.

Tell us what you are trying to prove and who it is for. We will help you scope a first version that tests the assumption rather than everything at once.
