Do you provide the astrological calculations or content?
We implement calculation using established ephemeris libraries and whatever interpretive rules you supply. We do not author astrological content, verify its correctness, or claim expertise in astrology. That division is deliberate and we will not blur it to win work.
What is actually the hard part of building one of these?
Per-minute billing tied to real-time session state. Charging correctly when everything works is straightforward; charging correctly when a call drops at ninety seconds, or a practitioner never joins, or a user disputes a session, is where the engineering goes. We scope that explicitly rather than discovering it in testing.
How do practitioner payouts work?
Earnings accrue per session, with deductions and platform commission applied, and payouts run on a schedule with statements. Where practitioners are in a different country from your users, cross-border payout and its tax treatment need your accountants involved early.
Can it handle festival traffic spikes?
It has to, because this category does not spread load evenly — demand concentrates hard around festivals and auspicious dates. That is a capacity and architecture decision made at the start, not a scaling problem solved on the day.
Will the app stores approve it?
Astrology content and paid consultation fall under specific store policies, and it is worth reading them during scoping rather than at submission. We will flag anything in a brief that looks likely to cause a review problem.
