Teams
Hire Developers from India
Dedicated developers and extended teams for startups, agencies and product companies — with the working model, code ownership and handover agreed in writing before anyone starts.
The short answer
What is hire developers?
Hiring developers from an established team gets you engineering capacity without recruitment, onboarding and long-term employment cost. The arrangement works when responsibilities are explicit: who decides scope, who reviews code, what quality standard applies, and what you hold at the end.
It fails when a vendor supplies capable people into an undefined process. We agree the working model, communication rhythm, review standard and handover conditions before the engagement starts, because that is what determines whether it works — not the hourly rate.
Scope
What we build
Dedicated developers
Named engineers working only on your product, integrated with your team's process.
Dedicated teams
A complete unit — engineers, QA and design — for a product or a defined stream of work.
Team augmentation
Extra capacity inside your existing process, following your standards and rituals.
Project-based delivery
A defined scope we own end to end, with fixed deliverables.
Agency white-label
Delivery capacity for agencies, under your brand and client relationship.
Maintenance and support
Ongoing ownership of a system after its initial build.
Why teams call us
Business problems this solves
If more than two of these describe your situation, the problem is usually structural rather than cosmetic.
- Roles you cannot fill locally, or cannot fill fast enough
- A roadmap that needs more capacity than headcount allows
- Specialist skills needed for months, not permanently
- An agency with more won work than delivery capacity
- Previous outsourcing that produced code nobody can maintain
- A product with no in-house engineer to own it
By skill
Hire developers by technology
Every stack listed here is one we already staff. If you need something that is not on this list, ask — we will tell you plainly whether we can cover it rather than recruiting against your deadline.
Hire React and Next.js developers
Front-end engineers for product work and marketing sites, comfortable with TypeScript, component architecture and performance budgets rather than only assembling libraries.
Hire Node.js developers
Back-end engineers for APIs, integrations and services, with the database and deployment knowledge to own what they build rather than hand it over half-finished.
Hire full-stack developers
Engineers who can carry a feature from schema to interface. Suits smaller teams where handing work between specialists costs more than it saves.
Hire Flutter and React Native developers
Cross-platform mobile engineers shipping one codebase to both stores, including the store submission and release process.
Hire WordPress and WooCommerce developers
Theme and plugin development, performance work and rescuing sites that have accumulated years of update debt.
Hire Shopify developers
Theme customisation, app integration and checkout work within what the platform actually permits.
Hire dedicated web designers
UI and UX designers working inside your process, producing design systems and specified components rather than flat mockups.
Hire QA engineers
Manual and automated testing, test plans and release verification for teams shipping faster than they can check.
Hire DevOps engineers
Infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and cost optimisation on AWS and comparable platforms.

How it works
Our process
- 01
Requirement definition
The skills, seniority, duration and working model you actually need.
- 02
Profile selection
Candidate profiles with real experience. You interview and you decide.
- 03
Engagement terms
Working hours, communication, review standards, ownership and exit conditions in writing.
- 04
Onboarding
Access, context and codebase familiarisation, with a defined first deliverable.
- 05
Delivery rhythm
Your rituals or ours — standups, sprints, demos and reporting agreed up front.
- 06
Review and adjust
Regular checkpoints on output and fit, with the ability to change the team.
What you get
Deliverables and features

- Named engineers with reviewed profiles
- Written engagement terms and working model
- Agreed communication and reporting rhythm
- Code in your repository from day one
- Code review and QA to an agreed standard
- Documentation maintained as work proceeds
- Defined handover and exit process
Features
- Overlapping hours with your working day
- Direct communication with the engineers, not only a manager
- Your repository, your infrastructure, your accounts
- Code review on every change
- Sprint or milestone reporting
- The ability to scale the team up or down with notice
- Signed confidentiality and IP assignment

Technologies we use
We choose tools for the next three years, not the next three months — and we document why, so your next developer is not guessing.

Budget
What drives the cost
We do not publish price ranges, because a number given before we understand the work is not a real one. These are the factors that actually move it.
- Seniority and specialisation of the roles required
- Team size and engagement duration
- Whether QA, design and DevOps are included or you provide them
- Time zone overlap required with your team
- Whether we follow your process or provide our own delivery management
After a discovery conversation we give a fixed scope and a fixed number before any work begins.

Services that go with this
Dedicated Developers
A team working only on your product, month after month. The value is not the capacity — it is the accumulated knowledge of your domain that a rotating team never builds.
Custom Software Development
Internal platforms, portals, dashboards and workflow tools modelled on how your operation actually runs — not on how packaged software assumes it should.
Mobile App Development
Android and iOS applications, plus the backend, APIs and admin tooling that make them work. Built once in Flutter or React Native where that suits the product, natively where it does not.
Cloud & DevOps
Infrastructure, deployment pipelines and monitoring set up so that shipping is routine. If releasing makes your team nervous, that is an engineering problem with a solution.
Questions
Hire Developers — frequently asked
What does it cost to hire a developer from Haqto?
It depends on seniority, specialisation and engagement length, so we quote after a conversation about what you need. We do not publish rate cards, because a number without a defined role and commitment is not a real quote.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. Work happens in your repository under your accounts, with IP assignment in the contract. There is no point at which we hold your product hostage.
How do you handle time zones?
We are in India (IST). We agree overlapping hours with your working day as part of the engagement terms — several hours of genuine overlap with Europe, and an arranged window for North America.
Can we interview the developers?
Yes, and you should. We supply profiles, you interview, and you decide. Anyone unwilling to let you interview the people doing your work is telling you something.
What if a developer is not working out?
Tell us early. We review fit at regular checkpoints and will replace someone if it is not working — that is a normal part of the arrangement, not a dispute.
How is this different from a project engagement?
With dedicated developers you direct the work and own the scope; we provide capacity and engineering standards. With project delivery we own the scope and the outcome against agreed deliverables. Some clients use both.
What happens at the end?
Handover is defined at the start: documentation current, repository access transferred, infrastructure credentials handed over, and a defined support window. Exit terms are part of the contract rather than a negotiation later.
