Haqto builds software for Abu Dhabi organisations remotely from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. We have no Abu Dhabi office, entity or registration.

Do you have an office in Abu Dhabi?
No. Our only office is in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and we serve Abu Dhabi clients remotely. We hold no Abu Dhabi entity or registration.
Can you take part in government procurement?
We can produce the documentation, security information and vendor details formal procurement requires, and we allocate schedule time for it rather than being surprised by it. What we cannot be is a locally registered entity where one is mandated. Tell us early and we will say immediately whether we are eligible.
Does in-country value affect working with you?
It can. Where procurement weights local content, a wholly offshore supplier may score poorly regardless of the proposal's merits. We will say so if your project sits in that category rather than letting you discover it at evaluation.
We are licensed in ADGM. Does that change anything?
Yes. ADGM has its own data protection regulations rather than following the federal law, and that shapes where data sits and how it moves. It is an architecture input, so we need it before design rather than after.
Do you work with named team members rather than anonymous resources?
Yes, and this is usually one of the first things asked. You deal with the same named people throughout, not a rotating pool, and we will tell you who they are before you sign anything.
