Haqto is a software development company based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. We build websites, mobile apps, ecommerce platforms and custom software for businesses and institutions in Qatar, and we deliver remotely.
We have no office, commercial registration, entity or local agent in Qatar. Where a tender requires a locally registered supplier, we are not eligible and we will tell you that immediately rather than after you have invested time in the process.

What is different about building for Qatar
Qatar's population is small and its project sizes are not, which is the first thing to understand about the market. A great deal of serious procurement runs through government entities, semi-government bodies, the energy sector and the large institutional foundations, and that shapes contracting far more than any technical preference does. Formal procurement, documented security posture, named personnel and a properly completed vendor questionnaire matter as much as the proposal. Does Haqto have an office in Qatar?
No. Our only office is in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. We have no Qatari commercial registration, entity, branch or local agent, and we serve Qatari clients remotely.
Can you bid for government or semi-government work?
We can complete vendor registration, security questionnaires and the documentation formal procurement requires, and we allocate schedule time for it. What we cannot satisfy is a requirement for a locally registered entity where one is mandated — tell us early and we will say immediately whether we are eligible at all.
Our project only targets Qatar. Is that viable?
For an internal system or an institutional platform, absolutely. For a consumer product, the domestic market is small enough that the economics are usually difficult, and we will say so. Most consumer briefs are stronger framed as GCC products with Qatar first — that makes the project bigger, which is not in our interest to suggest unless we believe it.
