Real Estate Website and Portal Development
Property search that reflects how buyers actually shortlist, and lead handling that gets the enquiry to the right agent before it goes cold.
The short answer
Real Estate — what actually matters
Real estate is a search-and-shortlist business. Buyers filter aggressively on location, budget and configuration, compare a handful of options, and then enquire — often about several properties at once. If search is imprecise or listings are stale, they leave and use a portal that works.
The second half is speed. A property enquiry has a short useful life. We build lead capture and routing so enquiries reach the right agent immediately, with the context they need, and nothing sits in a shared inbox overnight.
Where it goes wrong
Common challenges
If several of these describe your situation, the problem is usually structural rather than cosmetic.
- Search that cannot express how buyers actually shortlist
- Listings that go stale because updating them is tedious
- Enquiries landing in a shared inbox and going cold
- No way to tell which projects or portals produce real leads
- Agents working from spreadsheets the office cannot see
- Heavy image galleries that make the site unusable on mobile data
- Duplicate listings across channels with inconsistent details

Enquiry forms, callback requests and site-visit bookings routed to the right agent with context.

Leads pushed into your existing CRM, or a lightweight pipeline if you do not have one.

Questions
Real Estate — frequently asked
Can you build a property portal like the large marketplaces?
The features are well understood; the hard parts are listing quality, moderation and keeping data fresh at scale. We would scope an honest first version around a defined segment rather than attempting feature parity with a portal that has spent years and considerable capital getting there.
Can it integrate with our CRM?
Yes. Leads can be pushed into most common CRMs through their APIs. If you do not have one, we can build a lightweight pipeline rather than adding a subscription you do not need.
How do you handle locality pages for search?
Only where we can write genuinely useful local content. A page per locality with the same paragraph and the name swapped is a doorway page — it will not rank and it can harm the rest of the site.
Can agents update listings themselves?
Yes, and this decides whether listings stay current. We design the listing interface around what an agent does on a phone between site visits, not around a desktop admin panel.
Do you build mobile apps for real estate?
For agents and field teams, frequently — offline capability matters when they are at a site with poor signal. For buyers, only where there is genuine repeat use; most property search happens on the web.
