Who is Haqto?
Haqto is an end-to-end digital brand development and technology company based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. We design and build websites, ecommerce platforms, mobile applications and custom software — then help the businesses behind them grow through search and AI-search visibility.
The whole thing sits in one team. Strategy, design, engineering and search are not handed between three suppliers, which is where most digital projects quietly lose their coherence.

Most agencies hand over and move on. We kept running the things we built — including our own products — and that changed how we build.
How we got here
Haqto started in 2014 as a small web and software team in Coimbatore. The work grew the way it usually does when clients stay: a website becomes an ecommerce platform, that needs an app, the app needs a backend, and eventually somebody asks why none of it appears in search.
Rather than subcontract each new piece, we built the capability. That is why design, engineering, infrastructure and search now sit in the same team — not as a positioning statement, but because clients kept needing the next step.
What we believe
- Say the honest thing. Including when the answer is that you do not need what you asked for, or that we are not the right people for it.
- Structure before surface. A beautiful interface over the wrong architecture is an expensive way to fail slowly.
- Build for the third year. The cost of a decision usually arrives long after the invoice for it.
- Measure what the business cares about. Traffic that does not convert is not a result.
- Leave it maintainable. Documented, tested and in your repository, so you are never locked to us.

Who is Haqto?
How big is the team?
We are a single delivery team rather than a large agency with layers between you and the people doing the work. You talk to the engineers and designers building your product, not only to an account manager.
What kind of clients does Haqto work with?
Businesses that need a digital product to actually work rather than merely exist — service companies, retailers and ecommerce operators, startups building a first version, and established firms replacing systems that no longer fit. We work with clients across India and internationally.
Does Haqto only work with companies in Coimbatore?
No. Coimbatore is where our team sits, and it is the one place we can meet in person. Most delivery is remote and the process is identical wherever you are.
Can Haqto take over a project someone else built?
Often, yes. We start with a code and architecture review to establish honestly what can be salvaged and what cannot — including the cases where a rebuild would cost less than the rescue.
How does Haqto charge?
Fixed scope and a fixed number after a discovery conversation, or a monthly arrangement for dedicated teams and maintenance. We do not publish rate cards, because a number given before understanding the work is not a real one.
