We do not have an office, entity, address or team in United Kingdom, and we will not imply one. What we have instead is a defined way of working across the distance, set out below and agreed in writing before anything starts.

The single thing most likely to decide whether a remote engagement works. Worth being precise about rather than optimistic.
Timezone
India is 5.5 hours ahead of the UK in winter and 4.5 hours ahead during British Summer Time. That produces the best overlap of any market we serve: our afternoon, roughly 2:00pm to 7:00pm IST, is your 9:30am to 2:30pm. A UK client can hold a morning call, send feedback before lunch, and have it actioned the same working day. No stretched hours are needed on either side.
Working week
Monday to Friday on both sides. Note that Indian public holidays differ substantially from UK ones — we publish ours at the start of each engagement so nobody is surprised.
Contracting
UK engagements usually run on the client's own contract with a schedule per project. We sign client NDAs as standard. IP assignment on payment is written in. Worth noting for clarity: we contract as a supplier company, not as individual contractors, so IR35 does not apply to the engagement.

Working with Haqto from United Kingdom
Does Haqto have a UK office?
No. Our only office is in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and we work with UK clients remotely. We are not going to list a London address that is really a mail-forwarding service.
How much working-day overlap is there with the UK?
Four to five hours, every day. India is 5.5 hours ahead in winter and 4.5 during British Summer Time, so our afternoon is your morning. In practice a UK client can have a call at 10am, send feedback by noon, and see it on staging before the end of their day.
How does UK GDPR work with an Indian supplier?
Where we process personal data for you, you are the controller and we are the processor. You will want a data processing agreement, a named list of sub-processors, and a documented position on transfers to India. If you require the data to stay in UK or EU regions, that is an architecture decision we make before the build, not after.
Does IR35 apply?
No. We contract as a supplier company delivering a service, not as individual contractors inside your organisation. IR35 concerns the employment status of individuals, which is a different arrangement from the one we offer.
Do you work with UK agencies on a white-label basis?
Yes, and it is a significant part of what we do. We deliver under your brand and your client relationship, and we will stay invisible to your client if that is what the arrangement requires.

You do, on payment, with assignment in the contract. Your repository, your cloud accounts, from the first commit.
