Singapore is 2.5 hours ahead of India and neither observes daylight saving. Our full working day sits inside yours: our 9:30am is your 12:00pm, and our 6:30pm is your 9:00pm. In practice your morning is quiet and your afternoon has our whole team available, which suits a review-and-decide rhythm.
Working week
Monday to Friday on both sides. Public holidays differ and we map both calendars at the start of an engagement.
Contracting
Engagements typically run on the client's own agreement. We sign client NDAs as standard and IP assignment on payment is written in. Where a Singapore entity is coordinating a build used across several countries, we will say plainly which parts we can support and which need local input.

Does Haqto have a Singapore office or entity?
No. Our only office is in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and we have no Singapore entity. We work with Singapore clients remotely and we will not imply a local presence we do not have.
How much overlap is there with Singapore hours?
Our entire working day falls inside yours. Singapore is 2.5 hours ahead of India with no daylight saving, so our 9:30am to 6:30pm is your 12:00pm to 9:00pm. Your afternoon has our full team available.
How does the PDPA apply to an Indian supplier?
The PDPA's transfer limitation obligation requires comparable protection when personal data is transferred outside Singapore, so you will generally want that covered in writing along with a defined position on storage location. Where you require data to remain in Singapore, we deploy to Singapore regions — decided at architecture stage, not afterwards.
Can you build for multiple Southeast Asian markets at once?
Yes, and it is much cheaper to plan for than to retrofit. Multi-currency, multi-language and multi-entity handling touch the data model, not just the interface, so they belong in the first architecture conversation.
Who owns the source code?
