Yes — we work with businesses in Canada, remotely, from our office in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
We do not have an office, entity, address or team in Canada, and we will not imply one. What we have instead is a defined way of working across the distance, set out below and agreed in writing before anything starts.

Working hours and overlap
The single thing most likely to decide whether a remote engagement works. Worth being precise about rather than optimistic.
Timezone
Toronto and Montreal are 9.5 hours behind India during daylight time and 10.5 in winter; Vancouver is three hours further again. The workable pattern is the same as for the US: a stretched Indian evening, roughly 6:30pm to 8:30pm IST, covering 9:00am to 11:00am Eastern. For Pacific clients that window disappears and the engagement becomes asynchronous with a small number of scheduled calls each week.
Working week
Monday to Friday on both sides. Provincial holidays vary considerably across Canada, so we map your province rather than a national calendar.
Contracting
Engagements typically run on a Master Services Agreement with Statements of Work. We sign client NDAs as standard and IP assignment on payment is written in. Tax and withholding treatment for services from India is a question for your accountant.

Does Haqto have a Canadian office?
No. Our only office is in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Canadian clients are served remotely.
How do you handle the time difference with Canada?
The same way as with the US: a stretched Indian evening. Our 6:30pm to 8:30pm IST covers roughly 9:00am to 11:00am Eastern, giving a dependable daily window, with the rest running asynchronously. For British Columbia the overlap effectively disappears and the engagement becomes asynchronous with two or three scheduled calls a week.
Can you build bilingual English and French applications?
Yes, and it belongs in the first architecture conversation. Bilingual support affects the content model, URL structure, search indexing and every piece of user-facing copy — it is not a translation layer added at the end. In Quebec it is frequently a legal requirement rather than a preference.
Does Quebec's Law 25 affect working with an Indian supplier?
It can. Law 25 imposes stricter obligations than PIPEDA, including around transfers outside Quebec, and your counsel should confirm what applies to your situation. Where data must remain in Canada we deploy to Canadian regions, decided at architecture stage.
Can data stay in Canada?
Yes. If Canadian residency is a requirement we deploy to Canadian cloud regions. This is decided before anything is built, because retrofitting residency later is expensive.

You do, on payment, with assignment in the contract. Your repository and your cloud accounts from the first commit.
